We are thrilled to share that our planning application for the conversion of a former bar in Plymouth has officially been approved following a successful planning committee meeting!

This transformative project will re imagine the ground floorand basement spaces, along with the addition of a 2-storey extension, intomodern, purpose-built student accommodation. Once completed, this development will offer a dynamic and comfortable living space, contributing to the vibrant student community in Plymouth.
