This existing hotel, located in the city centre of Sheffield, has been internally re-designed to provide contemporary serviced apartments. No alterations are proposed to the external facade, respecting the architectural heritage while channelling a renewed experience for a more discerning visitor base.
Respecting the conservation area guidelines, the project focuses solely on the internal alterations aimed at elevating the quality to match contemporary visitor expectations. The original 1950’s staircase, a hallmark of the building’s history, will be refurbished and extended to the upper floors.
The apartment interiors have been thoughtfully designed to provide modern and comfortable living spaces, maximising natural light and external views. The colour palette is warm and inviting creating the perfect home from home feel.
