BRL Design were appointed to develop proposals for the extension of holiday lodges to the existing beach resort in Southeast Cornwall. Millendreath has been a popular holiday destination for over 40 years, however, during the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, the holiday sit underwent a period of neglect, which resulted in a decline in popularity.
Much of the site is undeveloped and significant opportunities have been identified to expand the existing holiday business to provide high quality lodges, which will in turn support the improvements to leisure facilities accommodated. Utilising the existing topography, BRL has developed a series of stepped interventions, ensuring all new lodges have access to the magnificent sea views along the south Cornwall coastlines.
