This former leisure facility in Torpoint, Cornwall, has faced several challenges in recent years, leading BRL to be approached for feasibility options to redevelop the site. By extending upwards and utilising the existing structure, BRL successfully secured planning permission for a development comprising 26 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
